Plans to transform the Marigot Bay Waterfront continue to move forward as government officials work to finalize the design for the highly anticipated redevelopment project.
Officials from the Ministry of Tourism met with representatives of the Ministry of Physical Development on Monday, July 13, to review and finalize the technical design for the Marigot Waterfront Redevelopment Project.
The project is expected to enhance one of Saint Lucia’s most scenic and iconic locations, with plans aimed at improving the waterfront while creating a more attractive and welcoming space for residents, visitors, and businesses.
Government officials say the redevelopment represents an exciting investment in the area’s future and are encouraging residents and business owners in Marigot to look forward to the transformation.
Once completed, the upgraded waterfront is expected to further strengthen Marigot Bay’s appeal as a premier tourism destination while supporting local economic activity and community development.
