Attorney at law Ms. Singoalla Blomqvist-Williams encourages earners to contribute to the Dominica social security before they became elderly. Williams Says that it is very beneficial.
She said, “ We have rights to your liberty so nobody can force to be incarcerated or to be put in a mental institution. Williams also spoke about the mental health act which allows someone to be granted trust to manage the estate of the elderly who are unable to do so themselves.
