Randy was a loving father, brother and friend whose warmth, strength and spirit touched the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Randy also leaves to mourn many close friends, including Pastor Eddie and Candia George, Kerefar, Nigel, Mackeon, Jeremy, Layne, Babwi, Chris, John, Alder, Alister, Malika, Lloyd, Cedrick-N.S.E, Bogzie, Neville, PJ, Lisa, Liane, Elka, Theresa, Ashmar, Ted, Shernel, Mano, Kurt, Bamie, Wop Wop, Janelle, Roosevelt, Donna, Triny, Sherayna and Shereece, Xavier, Gomez, Pinwell crew in Canfield, De School, Chaleau, Laudat, Mel, Siene, Footy, Ma Osbert, Mara, Kishel, Shernita, Slain, Pillows, Popeye, Karen Jolly, Proctor, Ann Quincey, Shem, Marie, Tom, Zillia and Milutine.
Also mourning his passing are the Laville, Valarie, William and John-Baptiste families, along with Hon. Roland Royer and family, Mayor Kerry Breedy Prince and family, Senior Minister Reginald Austrie and family, as well as the staff of DASPA and the Customs and Excise Department at Woodbridge Bay and Portsmouth.
He will also be deeply missed by the wider communities of Portsmouth, Lagoon, Toucarie and Canefield.

The funeral service for the late Randall Maxim “Randy” Philip will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Portsmouth Pentecostal Church.
